Shorting Gold and covering Facebook long

I have been busy writing and setting up the new chatroom software so I have not updated as much as I should. My wrist issues continue to be an issue as well.

I covered the facebook long at the end of yesterday and today I shorted gold near the hod by buying puts, I planned on writing a credit bear spread if I held over the weekend but I simply covered out of frustration with so many things going on at once. I have found I do my best trading when I am only trading.
