Houston Police officer Matthew Marin reportedly shot and killed a man with one arm and one leg in a wheel char because he feared for the life of his partner and himself on Saturday inside a group home.

TheStreet Buys The Deal, Bon-Ton Stores Continues Higher And Apple Sells an iPhone 5

The biggest headline for me was TheStreet ( TST) buying The Deal. This purchase expands the reach of TheStreet and their subscription model. Is it enough to turn TheStreet into the black, I doubt it, but given the quality of management at TheStreet, I expect it will help.

Busy day today. Chat room called out many good stocks and I watched Ford ( F) Amazon ( AMZN), and Apple ( AAPL) for much of the day. I was happy to see the market making some moves after about a week of near silence.

Weekend Is Over and Overall, The Market Fell

I was stuck dealing with computer issues for much of the morning. After the chatroom media server died, I rebooted it and had to setup the network settings again. I also ordered a media server hosting service to host it for the future. Once the programmer gets it setup, the chat room issues should be gone.
